Our beef deluxe package is our most popular package which comes with the following:

Our famous slowly roasted beef, our beef is something special, it is slowly cooked and smoked for 16/17 hours in a smoke house so its tender and then finished off on a spit for the last 2 hours.

4 salads of your choice
Hot potatoes with sour cream and chives
Bread rolls and butter portions
Plastic plates, knifes, forks, spoons and napkins (good quality)
Fresh fruit salad and your choice of 2 other sweets

if you wanted to add another type of meat its $200.00 extra per meat choice, pork with crackling and apple sauce, lamb and mint sauce or cold bbq chicken platters for 50 persons or less

50 people or more it is $3.50 per person
